Luxury bed and breakfast accommodation in Lavenham, Suffolk
27 Church Street is a pretty sixteenth century Grade II listed detached house a few minutes' walk from the village centre, owned and run by Andreas Bonney. It has a landscaped private rear garden which guests are welcome to make use of.
We have just one large room equipped with king-size beds with quality Egyptian cotton bedding, Indian darkwood furnishings, tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobes a flat screen TV and CD / DVD player. The room is directly adjacent to the bathroom. Please note the bathroom is shared with the owners, we simply agree times for exclusive use when you arrive. However it's far bigger and more luxurious than your average en-suite! If you need more rooms please contact us as we have links with other B&Bs in the village and local area including one immediately adjacent which can offer you breakfast with your friends / family.

The large family bathroom offers a clawfoot bath, stripped pine flooring and an oversize shower with limestone tiling and a 9-inch soaker shower head. Although shared, this exceptional bathroom is all yours at a pre-agreed time to be fitted around your needs.

Breakfast is served either in the cosy dining room with antique oak table, or in the conservatory, or the garden. We offer a continental or cooked breakfast with your choice of eggs, salmon, toast with a selection of local conserves and Frank Cooper marmalade, porridge, quality fruit juices, cafetiere coffee, tea (including fruit teas) and a fresh fruit platter. Bacon, sausages and eggs come from our village butcher, and bread from our excellent bakery. We buy all our ingredients to order for you so you have the breakfast you want, rather than being bound by what we have in.
